The Fasnatch parades have been over for a few weeks now, but confetti is still present on the ground along the parade routes in many towns. This picture is a great example of something we were told. In Switzerland, the confetti is sold in big bags of only one color. You can pick which one color you want, but a mixture isn't possible. The reason is so you know if someone has picked the confetti up off the ground and is re-using it, which would likely have more than one color at that point.... The Swiss seem to think of everything!
