At 6 am on Sunday, I hopped on the train. 90 minute later I was in Chur at the bus depot. 8 buses were waiting to take travelers to small towns in the mountains. Each bus had a 5-bike rack in the back (which converts to a ski box in the winter). 25 minutes later I was at the trailhead (in a small village) with a bakery across from the bus stop (yum). Brilliant and repeatable.
