It is a great time to be out and about because the gardens and the gardeners seem to be at their prime. Gardeners are proud of the yearly creations (real works of art here) and are quick to keep the gardens looking their best. The gardeners like compliments and are really friendly. My favorite compliment to them is 'Tip-top'
