One activity that is very popular here is roller blading. A trip to the local lake on any pretty weekend will let you see hundreds of people blading around on the path dedicated to them and walkers. I've seen people using blading as their transportation method to get to work. I'm particularly impressed by the young people who can skate up to and on to the train. Finding their seat with the blades on is no problem. A trip to Lusanne gave us the chance to watch these bladers. There was an obstacle course set up (yellow cones) that some people were practicing. The group shown here were dancing to music and learning a new move (the 3rd guy from the left was teaching). Really fun to watch!
