The Häxehüsli means witch’s small house. We know these festive edible homes as quaint gingerbread homes, but here they are more closely aligned with the Grimm Brother's Tales. Most examples we have seen have a marzipan Hazel and Gretel outside, and a nasty witch waiting inside. I noticed that the construction of these are all A-framed houses (which I imagine are easier to construct than the standards ones in the US).
